Shipping

We offer a flat rate of £4.95 using one of our courier services. For 'Online Only' Exclusive Items delivery prices will differ depending on size and weight. Delivery information for these items will be shown on the Delivery Tab on the relevant product page. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days but please allow up to 5 business days on some occasions. Delivery is not available for any product listed under the Age Restricted Policy. Please refer to our 'Age Restricted Policy' for more details. We deliver to UK Mainland only which covers England, Wales and Scotland.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO JERSEY, GUERNSEY, IRELAND OR THE ISLE OF MAN.

Collections

All online purchases are available for collection at our store in Sidmouth. If items are in stock, items are usually ready for collection within 1-2 hours once checkout has completed. You will be sent an order confirmation to the email you signed up with. Please bring the email or print out of the order with you and proof of ID when collecting as this will be required for your proof of purchase.

You will be sent an email when the order is ready to be collected so please do not come to the store until you receive the confirmation email.

If you do not collect your order within 21 days then your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued automatically to the card used for the transaction.

Age Requirements For Certain Products

Orders placed and/or purchased for age-restricted goods such as solvents, axes, knives, and knife blades (as laid out in our Age Restriction Policy), you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and that (where applicable) store collection will be made by a person over the age of 18.

If you would like a nominated person to pick up the order on your behalf, they will require the credit card used to make the purchase together with proof of both their and your ID.

We reserve the right to cancel your order or purchase if we reasonably believe you do not meet the age restrictions for certain goods or you do not bring proof of ID/Age.
